Hello, from Anchorage, Alaska. I am presently working on my second block of classes at Axia college online. I am working on my associates for Health Care administration/ Pharmacy.
I am presently on disability, been on it for 7 years now and looking at getting off of it as soon as I graduate from Axia here in 2010.
I have been married to my wife since July of this year, but have been together for 7 years. My wife has two kids that are both with their parents. We get to see the kids every so often. My wife was enrolled at Axia up until 2 weeks ago, but she could not keep up with the classes and work at the same time. So she is dropping out. But I am going to finish up and we plan on going to the graduation when I finish.
On the side I enjoy playing computer games ( we own Nintendo DS's and the Nintendo Game Cube) 2 desktop computers and one laptop. So there is not any excuse for not getting my class work done on time I have to say but there is a time or two that I have been a day late. I have been fighting a nasty cold here now for the going on 3 weeks now.
Other interest are ice hockey ( Go Aces!) and my favorite football team is the Minnesota Vikings. I am into tattooing I have 2 so far but am looking at having sleeves some day on my arms. I have a couple already planned as soon as my mother-in - law has the time I am going to sit down and have her do them. I like the fact that I have some one in the family that is a tattoo artist and I just found out two years ago that I enjoy it, my wife doesn't enjoy it at all. She thought I would not enjoy it either until I got my first one done and I sat back with my tunes on and fell asleep and woke up an hour later with my Yen- Yang all done. I love it its addicting as heck! and its free, but I do go out and help around their house when things need to be done.
I love to go outside during the winter time at night and watch the Northern Lights dance around the sky. Its one heck of a light show if you have never seen them.
Well that about it for me I have to get back and finish my CRT 205 assignment that is due in a couple hours.

Hi Tom, and welcome to the site. I too am in my second block of classes, and at this moment in time working on the very same assignment as you are (gotta love CRT 205) I know it can be tough at times to juggle family life, work and a college education, I hope your wife can go back and complete her degree when the time situation is a bit more manageable for her.

One of my aunts lived in Alaska for a number of years, and she loved it. We saw many pictures of the amazing outdoor sights that can be found there.

I am from MN originally, but live in WI now (go vikings) I have lived in WI for the past 7 years now with my wife and 3 boys. We have also lived in MN, IA, OK and OH.
