Some students and faculty members are getting the following error message: "We are unable to identify your user type; error code 26." Other general issues such as time-outs and missing courses may also occur.
As a workaround, classes may be accessed through LOG IN TO SEE LINKS IN POSTS

Some students and faculty member may be experience slowness issue or may be missing their current course list when logging into the eCampus website.

To troubleshoot this issue in Internet Explorer, it will be necessary to clear all temporary internet files from the browser and then restart the browser. Please complete the following steps to troubleshoot this issue in Internet Explorer:
Microsoft Internet Explorer 5 and 6
[*]Open Internet Explorer
[*]Click Tools
[*]Select Internet Options
[*]Click Delete Cookies in the Temporary Internet Files section on the General tab
[*]Click OK
[*]Click Delete Files in the Temporary Internet Files section on the General tab
[*]Check the box next to Delete all offline content
[*]Click OK
[*]Close Internet Explorer
[*]Reopen Internet Explorer
Microsoft Internet Explorer 7
[*]Open Internet Explorer
[*]Click Tools
[*]Select Internet Options
[*]Click the Delete button in the Browsing History section
[*]Click Delete Files
